Great American Family new Christmas movies debut tonight (10/14/23): How to watch

Great American Family announced this week that it will start airing its new Christmas 2023 movies a week earlier than planned.

New movies will debut at 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, Oct. 14 through Dec. 23, and one Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

“The event is the most expansive in the history of Great American Christmas, featuring 20 all-new World Premiere original movies and delivering the strongest family-friendly, faith-based seasonal offerings on linear television. … Encores of the new films, along with classic Great American Christmas originals will brighten the season 24 hours a day through the end of the year,” Great American Family said.

The first movie, “Destined 2: Christmas Once More,” airs at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14.

“Destined 2: Christmas Once More,” stars Shae Robbins and Casey Elliott. “In this sequel, Theo (Elliott) continues to miss connecting with his girlfriend, Kim (Robbins) as he attempts to propose at Christmas.”
