The 18th edition of the Cabin Fever Arts Festival introduced by the Appalachian Artisans Guild will return to the Patriot Middle at Southern Point out Neighborhood Higher education in Hillsboro from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 2. The final two versions of the event were cancelled since of COVID-19.
